Drop Rate fix?

Ok I know this is supposed to go into a support sections or watever but I need to ask this question here as there is no question forum in the support category. Ok anyway upon playing this server I have noticed that even though the drop rate is 50X that the monsters hardly drop any items or money. Its rare for me to even get a drop. I know there is a way of fixing this as I was talking to a private server Dev. earlier the other day. I have delt with coding before and im pretty sure all you have to do is change a couple of values if not then rewrite some coding but C++ can be of a pain. But is there any chance that it will be fixed?

The drops are usually in prison.....

As this is a high rate server you shouldn't really need armor above lvl 120 untill you hit the 175-180 mark and they drop in prison.
